Privacy & access

Enabled organisations only; owners and admins manage items under catalogue permissions.

Important limit

AI requires configured credentials and an enabled workspace budget. Values are unverified suggestions. External marketplace posting and buyer/seller item payments remain manual. First-party listing promotions offer A$7/seven days or A$14/fourteen days through configured Stripe Checkout; verified payments grant one labelled promotion. Provider setup and sandbox acceptance are deferred; unconfigured checkout shows planned prices only. In-app personal participant and authorised business-store messaging is available; per-member unread replies refresh while the inbox is visible. Drafts stay in memory until reload/sign-out. Message email notifications are automatic and required; provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Direct email replies/proxy mailboxes are not connected. Detailed delisting reasons and notes are private to the selling space; removal retains photos. Status tabs classify stale active listings after 30 days without item edits. Active provider-linked paid ezTradie/ezTrade subscriptions enable authorised staff collaboration and owner/admin delegation. Trials and unverified local plan defaults do not qualify. Managers retain business ownership and conversation access; assignments preserve original authorship and enter cover queues when staff depart. Other product families need an authoritative subscription integration before eligibility. Authorised paid owner/admin managers can oversee and cover staff conversations; personal histories stay private. Optional profile photos store only 200-pixel JPEGs; missing Garage Sale signup dates remain explicitly unavailable. Terms activation requires qualified Australian review.
