How it works

• Monitor reviewed bank reconciliation and outstanding linked Zoho sales invoices with source timestamps.
• Save customer accounts contacts and updated payment promises.
• Prepare a statement email in Mail for recipient and message review, then explicitly send.
• Opt in one authorised mailbox to detect recent text remittance advice using known sender and exact invoice reference.
• Pause follow-up for 72 hours from receipt of remittance; expired promises and remittance windows require review.
• Block existing payment-plan reminders and prepared statement sends while a protective hold exists.

Privacy & access

Owner only with ezBookkeeping, Accounting and Mail enabled. Mail intake is limited to the specifically authorised own/shared mailbox. Critical settings and releasing holds require a current password.

Important limit

Remittance is evidence of intent, never confirmed bank receipt. Mail must be synced first; attachment-only, unknown sender and multi-invoice advice need manual linking. Outstanding invoice monitoring currently uses linked Zoho invoices, not native pro-forma drafts. No AI auto-send, autonomous debt collection or full bookkeeping replacement is claimed.
