How it works

• Create application-specific contributor projects and recruitment opportunities
• Review applications privately, then use existing People invitations and Employees recruitment documents
• Assign onboarding, acknowledge instructions and activate access separately
• Coordinate assigned project work and report evidence with stable retry identifiers
• Review another contributor’s evidence and inspect period-based pie and bar charts

Privacy & access

Requires the enabled ezAffiliates plugin and current workspace membership. Owners/admins with People and Affiliates management access oversee their organisation. Contributors need explicit project assignments and see their own reports. Authority changes, recruitment publication and human reviews require current-password confirmation. Calendar/MCP engineering and founder permissions are not inherited.

Important limit

Public Coming soon; dedicated private foundation source is tested, but deployment and live acceptance are pending. Stored contribution records are server-readable under scoped access, not customer-controlled E2EE. Real confidential onboarding needs the privacy review. Time and code counts are reported claims, not verified productivity or revenue attribution. Existing Employees recruitment and People invitations are reused; standalone ezRecruitment, automatic GitHub verification, shared task timers, independently scoped live MCP authentication, hiring, emails, rewards, commissions, equity, dividends and payments are not connected. ActivBuds/StudyBuddys may be labelled as project subjects, not claimed as integrated application accounts. Public application intake requires a private server rate-limit key. Applicant retention/deletion workflow and qualified employment/privacy review remain pending.
