No other plugin is required.

Privacy & access

Coming soon; no installation, signing, sending, identity verification or document access is granted. Future preparer, sender, reviewer, signer, witness and archive roles require current tenant/document scope. External recipients receive only their authorised document access; an invitation is not proof of identity or authority to sign.

Important limit

Placeholder only. No document conversion, signature-field editor, recipient email, signing ceremony, reminder service, completed PDF or audit service is implemented. AI may prepare suggestions but cannot sign, impersonate a party, approve terms, send documents or share confidential files without explicit review. Changes to the frozen document or parties invalidate prior draft approvals; changed signed content requires a new version/envelope. Existing Employee document acknowledgements and Graphic Design proof approvals remain distinct. Signature method, identity assurance, witnessing, document eligibility, jurisdiction and retention need qualified review; no universal legal validity, certified signature or non-repudiation claim is made. The core workflow is intended in-house; optional future adapters cannot silently export documents to Zoho Sign or another provider.
